Chanting Workshop Series - Thurs. Aug.2nd
Join Liz Murtha for an hour of chanting.
The ongoing hourly sessions will focus on chants for health and well-being. Some of these chants have been called 'The Road to Royal Health'. The aim of exploring these in more depth would be to encourage individuals to bring these chants into their own daily home practice.
Vedic chant differs from Kirtan, in that it uses fewer notes. Both have their place.
Date: Thursday, August 2nd
Location: 220 Main Street South, Seaforth
